About

A Miami labor company built like a real operation.

Strong Arm Labor exists because the labor industry is full of missed appointments, vague pricing and unreachable phone numbers. We're building the opposite.

What we do

We provide the muscle and the hands: moving labor, loading and unloading, furniture assembly, packing support, residential and commercial cleaning, junk removal, light landscaping, pressure washing, event labor, delivery help and property turnovers across Miami-Dade and Broward.

We are a labor and property-services company. We are not a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing or general contractor, and we don't take on work that requires those licenses. When a job needs a licensed trade, we say so.

How we operate

Every job starts with structured intake, produces a real estimate from published labor rates, and gets dispatched with the scope written down. Behind the scenes we use automation and AI so the operational side stays fast and the crews can focus on the work in front of them.

Our guarantee

If something goes wrong, we deal with it.

We're not going to claim nothing ever gets scratched. What we will promise is a real process: tell us quickly, document it, and we work with you until it's resolved fairly.

Tell us fast

Tell us within 48 hours of the job finishing — by phone, text or the contact form.

We document it

Send photos and a short description. We match it against the crew's notes and job record.

We make it right

Depending on what happened, that can mean a repair, a replacement, a credit, or a re-do of the work at no additional labor cost.

No runaround

You get a named person handling your claim and a written answer — not an unanswered phone line.

We don't publish damage-rate statistics or insurance claims we can't back up. What's written here is the process the owner stands behind, and it's editable by our team as our coverage grows.

Values

Four things we hold to.

Show up

Reliability is the product. If we commit to a time, we're there.

Be straight

Clear scopes, clear rates, no vague callbacks or surprise line items.

Respect the work

Physical work done well is skilled work, and we treat it that way.

Use better tools

Digital quoting, intake and dispatch so nothing gets lost in a text thread.
