Strong Arm Labor provides general labor and property-services support. We are not a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or general contractor and we do not perform work requiring those licenses.
Commercial scopes, frequency, and rates are documented per account in your service plan.
Billing
Approved accounts may be invoiced on [BILLING TERMS]. Rates are reviewed periodically and any change is communicated in advance.
Service levels
Recurring visits are scheduled in advance. Missed-visit credits and escalation contacts are documented in your account plan.
Term and cancellation
Either party may end a recurring plan with [NOTICE PERIOD] written notice.
