Do you provide a truck?

No — we provide the labor: loading, unloading, carrying, packing help and general muscle. You provide or rent the truck, and we're happy to tell you what size the job realistically needs before you book it.

How is pricing calculated?

Labor is billed hourly per worker against a job minimum. Your estimate is built from the crew size and hours the job needs, plus any premiums that genuinely apply — stairs, specialty items, equipment, travel distance or urgent scheduling. Every rate comes from our published rate table, not a guess made on the phone.

Is the online estimate my final price?

For clearly defined jobs it's your starting price, and the final total follows the actual time on site. For jobs with unknowns we show a range and confirm a final quote after a person reviews your request. We'd rather show you an honest range than a number we have to walk back.

Question 4

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Most bookings require a deposit to reserve your date and crew. The deposit is applied in full to your final invoice — it isn't an extra fee.

Question 5

How do I pay the balance?

The remaining balance is invoiced after the crew finishes and the work is confirmed with you. Commercial and property-management accounts can be set up on invoice terms instead of per-job payment.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours of the job finishing, send photos and a short description, and we open a documented claim. We match it against the crew's job notes and then work with you to make it right — a repair, a replacement, a credit, or redoing the work at no additional labor cost, depending on what happened. We don't publish damage-rate statistics, and we won't promise an outcome before we've looked at the facts.

Are you insured and accredited?

We only display a credential once it's actually issued and verifiable — you'll see our current status in the credentials row on the homepage and in the footer. Any badge shown as "coming soon" is exactly that: not yet in place. If a specific certificate of insurance is required for your building or account, ask us and we'll tell you plainly what we can and can't provide today.

Are you licensed contractors?

No. Strong Arm Labor is a labor and property-services company. We are not a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing or general contractor, and we don't take on work that requires those licenses. If your job needs a licensed trade, we'll say so instead of attempting it.

Who actually shows up?

Accepted Answer

Crews are our own workers, assigned and briefed on your scope before the job. You'll know the crew size and the arrival window before anyone knocks on your door.

How fast can you come out?

It depends on crew availability, but same-week scheduling is common, and urgent requests can be flagged in the quote flow so they're handled first.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Reschedules made outside the cancellation window are free and subject to availability. Cancellations inside the window may forfeit the deposit. The exact window is in our cancellation policy.

Do you handle junk removal and disposal?

Accepted Answer

We handle removal labor and hauling to a legal disposal site where applicable. Dump and disposal fees are billed separately based on volume, and we show them as their own line rather than burying them in the labor rate.

Can you handle recurring commercial work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Commercial and property-management accounts get a documented scope, a rate sheet and a set schedule. Pricing there is based on volume and scope, so it starts as a conversation rather than an instant online checkout.
