Services and scope
Strong Arm Labor provides general labor and property-services support. We are not a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or general contractor and we do not perform work requiring those licenses.
The services, crew size, and estimated hours in your confirmed quote form the agreed scope.
Payment
A deposit reserves your date and is applied to the final invoice. The balance is due upon completion unless other terms are confirmed in writing.
Damage and claims
Report any concern within [CLAIM WINDOW] of job completion so we can review it promptly. Claims require photos and a description of the affected items.
Conduct
Our crews work in a professional, respectful manner and expect the same. We may end a job early in cases of unsafe conduct, harassment, or intoxication on site.
