Rescheduling
Reschedule requests made at least [CANCELLATION WINDOW] before the scheduled start are moved at no charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations inside [CANCELLATION WINDOW] may forfeit the deposit, which covers crew scheduling and lost booking capacity.
No access or unsafe conditions
If the crew arrives and cannot access the site, or conditions are unsafe, the job minimum may be charged. We will always attempt to reach you before leaving.
Weather
Miami weather can force changes to outdoor work. Weather-related reschedules initiated by us are always free of charge.
