Important boundaries
- Youth participants do not perform general physical-labor services or work on customer job sites in a labor capacity.
- A parent or guardian must consent, and guardians are included in program communication.
- All activity is supervised by an adult team member, and applicable child-labor and work-permit rules are followed.
- Content featuring a youth participant is only published with written guardian consent.
