Scope of services
Strong Arm Labor provides general labor and property-services support. We are not a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or general contractor and we do not perform work requiring those licenses.
Services include moving labor, loading and unloading, furniture assembly, packing support, cleaning, junk removal, light landscaping, pressure washing, event labor, delivery help, and property turnover support.
Estimates and final pricing
Online estimates are based on the information you provide and our published labor rates. Actual charges reflect the crew size, time on site, and any premiums disclosed in your quote.
If the scope on site differs materially from what was described, we will confirm changes with you before continuing where practical.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the work area, disclosing hazards, and identifying items that are fragile, hazardous, or restricted.
Unless otherwise agreed, transportation vehicles and disposal fees are your responsibility. You provide the truck; we provide the muscle.
Limitations
We do not move or handle hazardous materials, firearms, live animals, or items that cannot be handled safely by the agreed crew size.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from inadequate packing supplied by others, or damage caused by structural conditions outside our control.
