Program purpose
Strong Arm Youth gives young people in Miami practical experience in content creation, social media, marketing, customer service, administrative support, and digital and AI tools.
What youth participants do not do
Youth participants do not perform general physical-labor services, operate equipment, or work on customer job sites in a labor capacity.
Parent and guardian involvement
A parent or guardian must consent to participation, and program communication includes the guardian. Applicable child-labor and work-permit rules are followed.
Supervision
